If you’re unsure, I am happy to make the creative choices for you. Shipping & Ash Handling (Canada) To ship ashes, please check with your crematorium for the necessary documentation. I require only a teaspoon of ash, securely double-bagged in an envelope. While I have never experienced issues with lost shipments, please do not send all of the ashes as a precaution. Any unused portion will be returned with your finished piece. The shipping fee covers the cost of mailing the completed memorial.
